Have noticed the beginnings of spider veins on my thighs-- anyone had any luck with creams/supplements or are saline shots/laser treatment the only way to go? How much does the latter cost?

Answer:

My dermatologist said he'd recommend the laser treatment for spider & varicose veins. The reason being is that you may need to get repeat treatments of the saline if it doesn't get rid of the veins whereas the laser treatment get rid of them right away. Also, it's hard for the doctor to find the spider vein for saline treatment whereas the laser treatment is much more accurate and less painful.
