In considering a "cure" for spider varicose veins in my legs (the best currently known being saline injection or laser treatment), I am concerned about reoccurrence after the procedure. My twin sister opted for saline injection, which did indeed cause the collapse and gradual disappearance of the surface blemishes. However, she was not prescribed any program of exercise and/or diet supplements to improve the circulation in her legs, and new spider varicosity appeared over time. If I am to go to the expense and discomfort of the procedure, I would like more information on how to increase the poor circulation in my legs which was a cause in the first place (this being hereditary, however). Can anyone refer me to printed material or to a medical agency or board?
