Question: My legs are still cellulite-free .No, with all your varicose veins, they probably look more like bleu cheese.
Answer: That was a clever one, Heather, and kind of creatively funny, but I don't have spider veins. I have a few friends who do, though, and I heard recently that it's passed on from your parents and isn't even due to cellulite, really. You either get them or you don't. My friend Tracy has a few, I read about it being passed down from generations, and sure enough, I saw her mom in shorts two weeks ago and noticed that her mom's got skinny, boney little legs and has them, too. I read that you can take Vitamin K for it and it's supposed to help, though, (?!?!?!) yet I'm not sure if that's anything more than a crock of sh*t. Anyone tried this? Is it an old wives tale or what? I read that it helps your circulation and will not diminish the spider veins that are currently there, but will prevent new ones, kind of like Tea Tree Oil does with acne when it naturally works an an antiseptic to kill new bacteria but doesn't eliminate skin eruptions that are there on your face (or elsewhere) previously.
