Has anyone got the vinegar book? I am interested to know about using cider vinegar for age spots and thread veins, I have a slight red rash on the front of my legs which appears when I sit in the sun, also a few spider veins and age spots, I have heard that applying cider vinegar can get rid of them, at the moment I smell like fish and chips LOL Also I read it is good for acid reflux, I can't imagine that it is though, hubby Jack is on medication for it. I know someone who swears by Vinegar garlic and honey and takes it every day for his general health. Your thoughts and ideas please on vinegar remedies.

Answer: -Don't do it Pat. My M.I.L. washes her face with it. She stinks the place out with it and her bedroom heaves some mornings. She still looks like an old prune most of the time. I'm sure your natural beauty shines through without these dubious enhancements. -Take three tablespoons of sugar of lead & two ounces of gunpowder. Boil a gallon of sweet cider to three pints. Make sure you add a pound of colt's foot root. Stick ingrediences in a food processor for three minutes. Rub the affected parts every two hours for a month then drink a quart of Irish whisky (any brand) every night but Thursday. Give it a try Pat.
