Photoderm or for facial spider veins ????

Question:
My question is: To remove spider veins on the face, is it better to have a complete facial treatment(s) done with photoderm, or just spot treat the spider veins with a yag 1064 laser? How do you tell whether you should get the photoderm treatment or yag 1064? I want to decide which treatment would be best before actually finding a dermatologist to perform the procedure. Also, I have some pitting on my nose--I'm not sure if these areas are very large pores or some actual scarring, perhaps from rosacea. I've read the photoderm can reduce the "orange peel texture" of skin due to enlarged pores; is this true of the pores on the nose as well?

Answer: I have telangiectasia's (spider veins) on my nose and cheeks, as well as general redness (which I suppose is caused by many capillaries too small to see, like the larger spider veins). I do flush easily, but don't have a consistent problem with it like many of the people here do(at least not yet...). In Dr. Nase's book, there are photographs of people who's main problem seemed to be facial telangiectasia's, on the nose and cheeks--rather than flushing--and they seem to have been successfully treated with photoderm.
