Fountain Of Love Not got my Recording Sessions with me but this must have been recorded within a year or 18 months of Fort Lauderdale. As we all said with Fools Fall In Love and Come What May, an oasis in the desert of movie songs so it always seems better than it is. Very simple song, too simple really and it runs out of lyrics, which is a pity - just a bit too much repitition. Fantastic voice but what else would we expect. One of the few remaining 'hidden gems' that we always talk about, so a 6.

Answer: -I can't help it...this one went through my mind every time I passed through Fort Lauderdale for points south (a frequent journey for me a while back). Really silly, but has appeal (to me, anyway) despite the obvious fact that Elvis shouldn't have been "reduced" to this kind of material by the age of 30, in the first place. -My mother plays the soundtrack to Girl Happy so much it isn't funny. I've heard this song at least a million times, I don't think its as bad as the rest of you think, but Elvis shouldn't have had to record this kind of thing. -Stupid but fun. I've read that Elvis got physically ill after filming this segment for "Girl Happy." But I'll give it a 5....and offer no apologies. The "Girl Happy" soundtrack was one of my favorites during my youth. A personal problem, I guess.
