Herbs for stomach/esophogus problems???

Question:
I've heard that yogurt is good for ulcers. It's a good bacteria that takes care of bad bacteria in the stomach.

Answer: -If you have bacteria in your stomach you're _really_ ill. Except of course that lots of people harbor helicobacter pylori in their stomach, and some of these people get ulcers (because of their lifestyle) and the helicobacter then takes advantage of a weakened immune response and breeds explosively, adding to the problem. Yogurt won't do _squat_ for ulcers. What yogurt is good for, if it contains live culture that is, is when your large intestine is inflamed because you've killed off all the "good" gut flora. Yogurt adds "good" gut flora back in. But even then, it's not enough to just do yogurt... -Again, plecentia previa has nothing to do with the esophagus. What you are tryign to refer to is esophageal varices. This can happen with certain conditions, such as alcoholism. The varicose veins that develop may rupture causing the person to bleed to death or drown on their own blood. -For stomach and esophagus problems, try for at least 6 weeks, chamomile tea. Prepare it as an infusion (1 tablespoon per 1 cup boiling water). Drink (sip) it not hot but at room temperature, about 1 hour before meals, 3 times daily.
